Eligibility

Entrants must be Australian residents and 18 years or older to enter the competition.

Prize

Main prize: Two-night stay at Ampersand Estates – Homestead Residence. Accommodation for up to four guests. Gourmet breakfast hamper. Private seated wine tasting experience. Plus, WA wine “Top Up” Getaway experience. Total prize is to the retail value of $10,000.

Other prizes;

“Year of WA wine” (26 bottles) – valued at $1000.

“Year of Beer from Found” – valued at $1560.

2 x 12-month Revo Fitness gym memberships- valued at $1000. 

Winner Selection

The winners will be chosen randomly from all valid entries during the Entry Period (Feb 28 to April 19 2026). The draw will be conducted using a cloud-based third-party random draw system.

Notification

The winner will be contacted via email on the week commencing May 4 2026. They must respond to the email notification by 12:00 pm (AWST) 7 days after the date of notification to claim the prize.

Marketing Communications

By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Top Up Wines, Cellarbrations and Perth Is Ok!.

Verification and Disqualification

Top Up Wines reserves the right to verify an entrant’s identity, age, and the validity of the entry. Entrants may be disqualified if they submit entries not in accordance with the terms or
if they tamper with the entry process or use multiple aliases.

Prize Redemption

The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, and no refund will be available. The winner is solely responsible for any additional expenses not included in the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to pick up the prize from a Perth CBD location or organise delivery at their personal expense.

Public Announcement

The winner may be announced in one of Top Up Wines’ mailouts.

Top Up Wines is not responsible for incorrect details provided by the winner, and any right to
the prize may be forfeited if such details are incorrect.
